Pricing Policy

We price our items in such a way that we can offer the customer excellent value for money, wide selection and the assurance that we will still be around to give customer service. Our prices may change from time to time along with promotional offers but the price you see at checkout and on your receipt is the price you will pay at all times.

Price Match Guarantee

We will beat any competitors online price for the same garment provided that the following applies:

• Item is current seasons model
• Offer is not in a special sale
• Not from an auction site such as Ebay
• Competitor has it available in UK stock
• You have informed us with 7 days of purchase

Currency

All our prices are quoted in pounds sterling and all payments are made in pounds sterling irrespective of your location. 

Cancellation Rights

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of any item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. To excercise these rights we request that you complete the returns note that was included with your item and send this back to us. Alternatively you may email us in order to cancel. We will complete any refund requests within 14 days when you excercise your rights under these regulations. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy and wish to complain then please let us know by any medium you wish and we promise to resolve it within 3 working days.
